SciFi and Fantasy Art Dragon Mom by Tom ´Beldarr´ Bell

OK... My color pencil Technique...I had no particular direction with this one, just wanted to play. Started at the top and by the time I got her face done the whole idea changed. And when the tail was finally done, it was quite different than when I started...But of course, that's what I love about drawing for myself...So let's pick it apart, the use of the medium mostly, I know the pic doesn't make much sense by itself, but it still looks cool...
